Joe,
A traffic impact study will not be required for this application, however ACRD does consider this to be a change of use.
Impact fees for a restaurant of this type are $9,587 per 1,000 SF. You will receive an impact fee offset for the prior use.
Please submit plans directly to ACHD for review and impact fee assessment, after you receive your approvals from the
City of Meridian.

Proposed Use & Size: Pizza Restaurant 1,680 sf (approx. 36 seats indoor, 39 seats on roof deck).
