Dexter,
You're very welcome. If the City Council approved another time extension please be aware that they'll probably
expect you to either withdraw your application or go forward at the April 16th meeting. If you decide to go forward,
you will need to pay re-notice fees to the Clerk's office. I will get ahold of you a few weeks before the meeting to see
how you want to proceed then.

Sonya, I'm not ready and am out of state in Texas at this writing. I will be visiting my mother and unable to pursue it
right now. With the Walmart on Overland Rd. under construction, I will have to re-group and determine what zoning
request is appropriate. Therefore, please re-schedule a continuance forward to spring, 2013 on April 9. Sincerely,
