A majority of the amendments are to clean-up and/or clarify a standard. However, there are some key amendments to the City's sign code requested with this application. The key amendments include the following: to allow projecting signs in all districts, to allow neon tube illumination for building signs and freestanding signs, and to allow changeable copy signs to change more frequently than eight seconds.
