Ustick Road. "1'he Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law were scheduled on the consent agenda far Council's approval at the October 16`'' meeting. Staff requested the item be removed from the consent agenda find placed on the regular agenda for a clarification to the text of DA provision #5.1.3. Council did not Feel the proposed clarification provided enough clarity; therefore, Council directed Staff to work with Legal to edit the pro~~ision tiirther and bring it back for Council consideration at the October 23`~ meeting. Staff has clone so and recommends DA provision #5.1.3 be modified to read, "The site shall be developed into a residential subdivision consisting of no more than fourteen (14) single-family detached lots anti na more than two (2) te~vti~ieixe lots far single-titmily attached dwellints if the owner elects to build any attached dwellintts, Tenerall consistent with the conceptual development plan and building elevations included in Exhibit A.3."
