Ustick Rudd. `t'he Findings of fact and Conclusions of Law arc scheduled tier Council's approval on tonight's agenda as Item #fSN. Staff requests the Findings for this application be removed from the consent agenda and placed on the regulflr agenda for a clariflcatiou to one oi• the provisions of the agreement. Currently, DA provision #5.1.3 only allows ihr toul•ieell { 14} single-fatuity lots and t~vo (2) tawt~home lots to be developed on the site consistent with the cnncept plan. In the event a developer wishes to develop the site at a lower density (i.e. fewer lots), the current ~a~ording would require ii 1110d1f1Cflt1011 t0 ti1C agl'eenlellt.
