Re: Modification of the Centerpoint Development Agreement (MDA 12-007)
Dear MS Hill:
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application for the
Centerpoint Development on SH-55 (Eagle Road) north of Ustick Road. ITD has the
following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the proposed change in the development agreement. The
proposed change does not require a change in access to the State Highway System or
generate additional vehicle trips that were not anticipated under the original agreement.
2) The applicants should be aware that ITD is constructing raised medians on SH-55
(Eagle Road). The new medians will restrict left turning traffic at some of the
commercial site approaches.
If you have any questions, you may contact Matt Ward at 334-8341 or me at 334-8377.
Sincerely,
~~~~
