In response to your request for comment, the Ada County Highway District (ACRD) staff has
reviewed the submitted application and site plan for the item referenced above. It has been
determined that ACRD has no site specific conditions of approval for this application at this time
due to the fact that this development is estimated to generate less than 10 additional vehicle trips
per day.

The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced conditional use application
for the Backstage Dance facility at 2140 East Commercial Street. ITD has the following
comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the conditional use application. The project has little impact on
regional transportation volumes and does not require any new access to the State Highway
System.
