EAGLE ROAD IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 04, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on September 25, 2012 the City Council of Meridian, held a hearing on the vacation of the ublic water and sewer easement platted on Lots 10-12, Block 1 of p Southeast Market lace Subdivision No.2 located on the Southeast Corner of East Ustick p E le Road in the Northwest '/4 of Section 04, Township 3 North, Range 1 Road and N. ag East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That the public water and sewer easement platted on Lots 10-12, Block 1 of Southeast Marketplace Subdivision No.2 located on the Southeast Corner of East Ustick Road and N. Eagle Road in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 04, Township 3 North Ran e 1 East Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho is hereby g vacated. Copies of the necessary relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A". Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval.
