August 3 1, 2006, attached tQ the Basic Agreement,
Article 3. RENT,
A. Effective November 1, 2412, Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor O~~e Thousand Five hundred
Three and 881104 Dollars ~$l,sU3.88}per month. The rent shall be increased by Three Percent ~3%}
annually c~~mu}ative and compounded.
B. Not more #han once every Three (3}years Lessor nay redetermine the rent. In the eve~~t
that Lessor does redetermine the ~•ent, Lessor shall notify Lessee of such change.
