Sonya,
We agree with your staff report as presented but have a couple of items we'd like to modify and present at the hearing.
The first modification deals with the drive-thru comments in the staff report. We have modified the drive-thru lane to
separate the cross access lane from the stacking area and extend our queue to 8 vehicles. A site plan and examples will
be provided in our presentation.
The second modification is to the building elevations. The architect has supplied modified color elevations showing rock
columns, cornices, modulating parapet roof, rock wainscot and cast stone sill plate, and sunbrella awnings. We've
included photos of the nearest CenterCal/Meridian Town Center retail building for comparison purposes to show that
we are matching and complementing adjacent architectural themes.
We look forward to presenting our project and these modifications to you tonight.
