BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, HOAGLUN, ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE OF THE THE MERIDIAN CITY
CLERK' S OFFICE; AUTHORIZING THE CLERK' S OFFICE TO COLLECT SUCH
FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice according to the requirements of Idaho Code
section 63-1311 A, on October 2, 2012, the City Council of Meridian held a hearing on the adoption
of the ro osed Meridian City Clerk's Office Fee Schedule as set forth in Exhibit A hereto; and

WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian City Clerk's Office;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Fee Schedule of the Meridian City Clerk's Office, as set forth in Exhibit
A hereto, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the City Clerk's Office is hereby authorized to implement and carry out the
collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect on October 3, 2012.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho this 2nd day of October,
2012.
