The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced utility vacation
application for the Meridian Marketplace development on Ustick Road. ITD has the following
review comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and requires no mitigation. The subject
application complies with the original subdivision plat and does not require any new
access to the State Highway System.

considerations indicate approval.
^ 11. If restroom facilities are to be installed, then a sewage system MUST be installed to meet Idaho State

^ 13. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.
