Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 Re: Sewer and Water easement Vacation Narrative Southeast Corner Marketplace Subdivision No. 2 The owner of this development is proposing to relocate an existing sewer and water main to accommodate the recently proposed Idaho Central Credit Union building. This building is proposed to be located on lots 11 and 12 of the Southeast Corner Marketplace Subdivision No. 2. An 8-inch water main and an 8-in sewer main are currently constructed at the location of the proposed building. These utilities were constructed during the original construction of the commercial development. Due to the economic turndown the overall layout of the development has been forced to change slightly. The relocation of the these utilities will also require a vacation of the existing sewer and water easement and the creation of a new easement for the proposed location of these two utilities.
