Re: TEC 12-009 for the Three Corners Subdivision
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced time extension request for
the Three Corners Subdivision at Locust Grove and US 20-26 (Chinden Boulevard). ITD has
the following comments:
1) ITD has no objection to the requested time extension. Any change in the preliminary plat
will require anew level of analysis by the Idaho Transportation Department..

All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans. The Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805. .

^ 13. Infiltration beds for storm water disposal are considered shallow injection wells. An application and fee must be
submitted to CDHD.
