WHEREAS the Board of. Directors of the Western Ada Recreation District lras control over certain public parks belonging to the Western Ada Recreation District and desires to make provision for the safety of the facilities and the patrons of the district wlro will be using Gaid facilities, and the same are not under the direct control and jurisdiction of any city or county government, it is necessary for this body to provide for rules and regulations for the operat~.ory of said facilities as it is authorized by the laws of the State of Idaho; NOW, THEREFORE, Be It and It Is Elereby Resolved and Ordered by the Board of Directors of the Western Ada Recreation District of the State of Idaho, as follows: 1. That alccrlrolic beverages shall not be allowed in any public park owned by the Western Ada Recreation District unless said use is itr Conformance with the laws and regulations of the City of Meridian and a permit for the same has been issued by the City of Meridian. No alcohol shall be allowed at Settler's Park. 2. Fuller Park shall be open from dawn until dusk during the spring, summer and fall when it is used for baseball. During the remainder of fire year, it shall be open only upon prior consent of the Board. 3. Other parks owned and operated by Western Ada Recreation District shall be open from dawn to dusk. 4. Hours of operation and the alcohol rules for all parks owned and operated by Western Ada Recreation District shall be enforced through the use of the general trespass statutes of the State of Idaho and trespass ordinances of the City of Meridian and Ada County, with complaints made to the local government with jurisdiction wherein said facilities are located.
