I am requesting a conditional use permit for the building located at 1900 Lanark in
Meridian, Idaho. The building is perfect for my client who is looking for a facility
to house one indoor volleyball court for his club team to practice on. The building
will remain almost exactly as it currently is other than a removal of an interior
wall that separates the warehouse into two areas. This wall will be removed to
accommodate the entire court so that there is ample room for the players when
they are running for a ball and go out of bounds. My client is bringing a portable,
snap in place type floor that he will assemble and it is easily removable at any
time. There will be about 24 players that will be practicing in the facility on a
rotational basis. There are 7 coaches who will also be in the facility a+ different
times.
