As representative for the Linder Church of Christ, I have reviewed your attached staff report to the Planning and Zoning
Commission. I do not see any major issues with your recommendations tothe Commission at this time. I will be bringing
forward to Council a request for waiver of the disallowance of direct access to Ustick Road, and will briefly mention that
waiver to the Planning Commission. Thanks and we will see you on Thursday night before Commission.
