Reserve No. 2 is located at terminus of E. Commander Street, west of Locust Grove and East of N.
Jericho Road. Reserve No. 2 is located between The Reserve Subdivision to the east and Arcadia
Subdivision to the west. The property includes two parcels and is approximately 5.02 acres. The

Overview
Reserve Subdivision No. 2 is a final plat for fourteen (14) detached residential lots and two (2) common
area lots on 5.02 acres. Reserve No. 2 proposes to extend E. Commander Street through the
neighborhood and will connect with N.lericho Road of the Arcadia Subdivision.
Reserve Subdivision No. 2 Preliminary Plat (also known as Reserve West PP-12-007) was approved by
the Meridian City Council on August 7, 2012.
The City Council approved the annexation in 2009 (AZ-09-006, Recorded Instrument No. 112030813).

To whom it may concern::
This letter serves as a statement regarding normal groundwater elevations relative to design
streetfinish centerline (CL) elevations. MTI Geotechnical Engineering Report File # B50043g
page 8 dated 1-26-05 states that groundwater "is anticipated. to remain at depths of greater
than 16 feet below ground surface throughout the year." Design street CL elevations on subject
project are set to range from 1 foot below to 6" above existing ground surface. Therefore, in
the opinion of this engineer, the street centerline (CL) elevations are set at a minimum of three
(3) feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
