INVITATION
Dear Property Owner:
The City of Meridian (Code §11-5A-5.C) requires that, prior to submitting an application, the applicant
provide an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of the proposal and the property owners
within 300 feet. This is an invitation to a neighborhood meeting concerning property located south of E.
Overland Road and east of S. Wells Avenue. A map is enclosed that shows the location of the property.
The neighborhood meeting will be held:

The applicant, Gramercy LLC, will be requesting a modification to the conditional use, and development
agreement, to accommodate minor site design and building design changes. If you have questions
