The Kleiner Trusts are obligated, per contract with CarMax, to dedicate the right-of-way
required by ACHD to allow CarMax to construct Elden Gray Way to the full width required by
ACHD along the frontage of both Parcel 3A and Parcel 3B, which runs from Records Avenue to
Venture Street. Thank you.
