As of 8/16/2012 all required landscaping for community pool is finished and corresponds correctly to
L 1 landscape plan Block 12 Lot 1.

Irrigation and lawn retained where possible. All areas disturbed by contruction
Adjustments to plan as follows above required:
1. Perimeter of pool modified to accommodate various vegetation for both aesthetics and obscurity
2. All perimeter of pool is surrounded with decorative rock and fabric to add aesthetics and help
eliminate over spray of sprinkler system
3. All perimeter vegetation provided irrigation by 40PSI regulator adapted to existing irrigation
