Bridgetower Swimming Pool CZC 05-067CHD co,w.~.~xucxa ~:~ Right-of-Way & Development Department Planning Review Division TO: Primeland Development 660 E Franklin, Ste 110 Meridian, ID 83642 SUBJECT : MCZC-OS-067 Pool Complex 2650 W Belltower Dr In response to your request for comment, the Ada County Highway District (ACRD) staff has reviewed the submitted application and site plan for the item referenced above. It has been determined that the Right-of--Way and Development Services Department does not have any site specific requirements for you at this time due to the fact that: • This application is for a swimming pool complex within Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No 3 and will generate less than 10 new vehicle trips per day (VTD). If the site plan or use should change in the future, ACRD will review the site plan and may require improvements to the transportation system at that time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (208) 387-6171. These will then be emptied into an SSI container located at 3120 W. Belltower Dr. This is approximately one block west of the pool site and is our general office location. 2. Large homeowner events require the user to remove all trash and clean the area in order to receive a refund on their use deposit. Hopefully this addresses your concern. Number of Copies: 3 Landscape Plan Preparation: Preparing a landscape plan requires special skills. Landscaping involves more than a simple arrangement of plants with irrigation; pants are not haphazardly placed in a way that fills up leftover space. Landscape plans should be artfully and technically organized in a way that conveys coherence, design, and organization. The landscaping should enhance the physical environment as well as the project's aesthetic character. Also, requiring plans prepared by a landscape professional minimizes the likelihood of trees dying or interfering with other adjacent site features.
