If any changes must be made to the site plan to accommodate the ACHD requirements, a new site plan shall be submitted to the City of Meridian Planning staff for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. Certificate of Occu ancv: All required improvements must be complete prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. Pedestrian walkways: a. A continuous internal pedestrian walkway that is a minimum of eight feet in width shall be _ provided from the perimeter sidewalk to the main building entrance.
