Center 1 Freestanding Signs:..
Two center suns are permitted along Franklin Rd. nit to exceed 35' in overall height and
15Ct square feet of maximum background area, per sign. Square footage is measured as
one side,. per to city code. Signs must be set back a minimum of S' from front ar side
property lines of the perimeter of the subdivision.
Twos 4' x 12' (48 square feet) subdivision identification signs are permitted.
Each building is allowed one multi tenant rnanument sign.. Lots 7, 9, 11, 15, 16, and 19
are allowed to have their sign along Franklin 12d. ar in front of their building; it is up to
the building owner's discretion where to gut their sign. Lots 4, 6, 8, 14, 17, 1$ & 20 are
allowed one freestanding sign in front of the their building. Sign may be internally ar
externally illuminated. Signs along Franklin Rd, may be up to Iq' in height and ap to 70
square feet, Signs in front of the buildings may be 6' in height and up to SO square feet.
Wall Signs;
Each business is pernutted one wall sign, per elevation, not to exceed 9% of the fascia
area to which it is attached. Businesses with one more than ane elevation of lease space
may have one sigh on each elevarion.
All wall signs are to be non-illuminated and individual letters with the exception of lots ~
& IS. These lots znay have internally illuminated pan channel letter wall signs since they
have different uses per the development CtJP. Sculpted cabinets and J or bullet cabinets
are allowed when used in conjunction with pan channel letters as long as they are
secondary in nature,

Each business is permitted to display the name of their business and the operating hours
in the windrow /door area. Seasonal displays are permitted..
Lease Inclusion:
This Planned Sign Program shall be included in the Lease for each individual tenant, per
city code 11-3D-9-D5.
