Please find attached our application for a Master Sign Program for the
development known as Southstone on Meridian Road and Easy Jet. We are
requesting approval of one monument sign to identify-the eight building that are
planned for this development as well as an eventual smaller monument on Easy
Jet to both identify the businesses and direct traffic into the development.
We have specified the proposed building signage for the business "Sight and
Sound" which is the first of the buildings within this development.

Rae Approved Sign Program for Southstone Subdivision
Debbie Anderson {ldaho Eledric Signs) submitted a Planned Sign Program Application for the
Southstone Subdivision located at 2620 S. Eagle Road. This letter outlines my review and approval
notes of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
Center / Commer+aal Sions
• One (1) center sign was approved at this time.
Wall Sions
• Two (2) wall signs were approved for Sight & Sound by desigen at this tame.
• One (1) wall for Sigr-t Sound by design was approved with letters exceeding the allowed 3'; future
wall signs proposing letters exceeding 3' shall be subject to design review.
• Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits.
• Future proposed wall signs must be consistent in design (pan channel letters.)
Individual Free-standinr Signs
• One (1) individual free-standing sign was approved at this time.
• Future individual free-standing signs will require separate sign permits.
• Future individual free-standing signs must be consistent in design with the approved center sins.
• Future free-standing signs shall comply with Table C as outlined in MCC 11-14.

MASTER SIGN PLAN
Southstone Development

This sign plan is intended to provide guidelines for the businesses located within
the Southstone Development at the Southeast corner of Meridian Road and Easy
Jet in Meridian.
(i) One monument sign is permitted to be oriented to Meridian Road to
identify the businesses within the development. The monument sign is ~5'
in overall height and 66 square feet total sign area.
(2) One smaller monument sign is permitted on Easy Jet to direct traffic and
identify the businesses. The monument sign is 6' in overall height and
9'4" in overall length.
(3) Wall signs are permitted on the buildings not to exceed 9% of any fascia
area for any individual business.
(4) Wall signs maybe internally illuminated, halo illuminated or dimensional
non-illuminated but must be consistent within each individual building.
(5) Internally illuminated wall signs are not permitted on fascia areas facing
residential property.
(6) Additional monument signs maybe permitted as the property develops
but must adhere to the basic design elements as the existing pylon sign
and must apply for all city and local permits as required.
