We are concerned with the safety of all our customers but especially we are concerned about little ones as well any time they are in the display area. Water is a major attraction to them so we took steps to ensure safety that would also allow as many people through our gates over the 2 day period as possible while keeping them safe as well. During the grand opening 2 day period we kept the gate open to the public with a certified lifeguard on staff (along with 2 other CPR & 1St Aid certified employees walking customers around) to ensure safety to all that walked through. It will not be open to the public from hereon unless they are escorted in by an employee with a gate access card. The latch is magnetic and can only be opened with a access card. Again, this was not a "normal" circumstance for us and we don't project to have any other events of this nature in the future. Please let me know any other concerns you may have. If not, it needs tc be done prior to issuance of final occupancy per condition of CZC-09-052. • The approved plans depict an 8' tall CMU block wall with textured skim coat around the east boundary of the site; a vinyl fence was constructed instead. When changes are made to the approved plans, revised plans should be submitted for approval prior to the work being done to make sure the changes comply with Cily code.
