The design of all signs, including style, placement and height of lettering, size, color and materials, method of illumination and attachment shall be subject to Architectural Review Committee written approval prior to submittal to the city for permitting. Tenant shall submit to the committee full color renderings, to scale indicating the location, size, layout and design of the proposed sign(s), including all lettering and/or graphics. 2. Tenant is responsible for all city and government permits relating to the signs. 3.
