1. The design of all signs, including style, placement and height of lettering, size, color and
materials, method of illumination and attachment shall be subject to Architectural Review
Committee written approval prior to submittal to the city for permitting. Tenant shall
submit to the committee full color renderings, to scale indicating the location, size, layout
and design of the proposed sign(s), including all lettering and/or graphics.
2. Tenant is responsible for all city and government permits relating to the signs.
3. Wall signs are restricted to size allowances provided in the Meridian City Sign Ordinance
(provided that the main body of the sign shall leave a minimum of 15" clear margin
between the top of the Building canopy and the bottom of the sign, and between the top
of the sign and the lowest of the upper fascia reveal lines), and ~~i~

4. No signs may be placed perpendicular to the face of the building or storefront, without
the approval of the committee.

6. Small directional signs identifying access routes for individual tenants located within the
development are permitted on a limited basis and are subject to approval by the
committee. Developer reserves the right to install traffic, safety, and/or directional signs
as needed.
7. No exposed lamps, tubing, animation, flashing or audible signs, conduit or brackets are
permitted without the approval of the committee. All cabinets, conductors, transformers
and other equipment shall be concealed.
8. All signs and their installation shall be in strict compliance with all building and electrical
codes, and must be U.L. approved and carry a U.L. label.
9. Lease Inclusion: This planned sign program shall be included in the lease for each
individual tenant.
