Installation of this project's sanitary sewer and/or domestic water systems has been
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the approved plans. These systems have passed
the required testing in accordance with City of Meridian Standard Specifications and Drawings,
and therefore are hereby accepted by-the City for ownership and normal maintenance.
Record drawings submitted to us for this project are also accepted and are being forwarded to
the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. The engineer of record is responsible for
certification of the record drawings as to horizontal and vertical location of all public water and
sewer facilities installed.
In accordance with the City of Meridian's Unified Development Code §11-5C-3, and the Public
Works Department' Standard Specifications and Drawings, the installation and materials of the
sewer and domestic water systems are to be warranted against defect by the owner for a period
of two years from the date of this letter.

Dear Mr. Rich:
Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval-was given November
9, 2012.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied based
on a review by a Qualified Licensed Professional Engineer (QLPE) representing the City of
Meridian and the QLPE approval of the design plans and specifications and the conditions
imposed on the developer for continued satisfaction of the sanitary restrictions. Buyer is
cautioned that at the time of this approval, no drinking water extensions or sewer extensions
were constructed. Building construction can be allowed with appropriate building permits if
drinking water extensions or sewer extensions have since been constructed or if the developer
is simultaneously constructing those facilities. If the developer fails to construct facilities then
sanitary restrictions maybe reimposed, in accordance with Section 50-1326, Idaho Code, by
the issuance of a certificate of disapproval, and no construction of any building or shelter
requiring drinking water or sewer/septic facilities shall be allowed..

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application on file and is
in the process of reviewing this proposed project.
Plans show for irrigation water to be supplied through NMID's pressurized irrigation system.
NMID's Kennedy Lateral courses through this project with an easement of fifty-five feet (55');
twenty feet (20') left and thirty-five feet (35') right of centerline facing downstream.
Once NMID has finished its review, an acceptance letter will be issued and a License
Agreement drafted.
