ITD has the following comments: 1) ITD has no objection to the final plat application and requires no mitigation. 2) The Edmonds Court intersection with SH-69 is fully improved and SH-69 has a center two- way left turn lane. ITD has no plans for any current plans change to SH-69. Increasing traffic volumes may necessitate an improved level of access control in the future and may include turn prohibitions. Future subdivision plans should include roadway interconnections to the adjacent subdivisions to ensure access to the regional roadway network.
