PH NoticingCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2012, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application by The City of Meridian Community Development Department for a Street Name Change from N. Allys Avenue to N. Records Avenue in and for the best interest of public health and safety and to alleviate dispatch and emergency response concerns. A more particular description of the above property is on file in the Community Development Department, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may contact the Community Development Department at (208) 884-5533 during regular business hours. A copy of the application is also available to view on our website at www.meridiancity.org at City Clerks Department/ Development Applications. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials should be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at 33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho 83642, (208) 888-4433 or fax (208) 888-4218 no later than seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
