He was fine with everything and didn't understand why North Slough was involved just like the rest of us. He did ask that we contact and work through Bryce Ferris (342-4591) which is overkill in this instance. (Rod, can you reply and say this doesn't concern the North Slough Folks -one sentence is all that is needed). You obtained an email from SID stating it was not their jurisdiction. Why didn't they tell you to contact the North Slough folks prior to the hearing. At this point the hearing is over and Council approved the vacation. I would still contact North Slough to see if they care. The City is not going to require a new hearing. Forward the correspondence from the appropriate entity once you have their blessing. I don't anticipate a concern since new easements are in place and the HOA maintains the system.
