This letter is to confirm the approval of your certificate of zoning compliance verification application to
establish the use of the drinking establishment (brewery) in a C-G (General Retail and Service
Commercial District) zoning district. The use received conditional use approval ale #CUP-12-004) on
June 21, 2012. The approved use shall meet the standards set forth in UDC 11-4-3-10. Additionally, the
applicant and/or property owner shall have an ongoing obligation to comply with all current City
ordinances and previous conditions of approval associated with this site (CZC-07-139 and CUP-12-004).

The applicant, director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director.

within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the infonnation listed in Unified
Development Code (UDC) 11-SA-6B.
If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final
decision on a land use application. You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho
Code 67-8003.
