NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a Special Meeting in the Council Chambers at Meridian City
Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, on Wednesday, November
25, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. The Meridian City Council will be holding an Executive
Session (the session is closed to the public) in accordance with Idaho State
Code 67-2345 (f) — (to consider and advise its legal representatives in pending
litigation). The public is welcome to attend the special meeting, but the
Executive Session will be closed to the public.
