Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has previously stated that it requires a Land Use
Change Application be filed for this project (see NMID letter dated January 19, 2012,
comments for PP 11-014 & CUP 11-010). To date no Land Use Change Application has been
filed with the District.
NMID will require a full review of proposed changes to this project. Pressure irrigation lines
already installed in this project need to have their ten-foot (10') easement f~ protected to
allow NMID access to maintain the system. Failure to do so may result in the contract to
maintain the system being declared VOID.
Sincerely,
G g G. Curtis

Providing changes to this development do not impact the pressure irrigation system owned
and operated by Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID); the District has no comment.
However any encroachment within the ten foot (10') irrigation easement will be unacceptable.
