We went through the property boundary adjustment process to combine the lots with your department and Ada County and were granted approval on April 19t" 2012. We are now requesting approval from your department, the City of Meridian, and Ada County to allow us to vacate the easement that exists between the lots so we may build our 2500 sq ft single story home over this easement. There are no utilities located in this easement. We have received notarized relinquishment letters from all the appropriate utility providers regarding the vacation of this easement, ie.
