30 to the 1/4 Section Corner common to said Sections 25 and 30, said point being the REAL POINT
OF BEGINNING, (from which point the northeast corner of said Section 25 bears

Thence from said 1/4 Section Corner, North 89°27'28" West, 1132.94 feet on the east-west
mid-section line of said Section 25 to the southeast corner of that 5.07 acre parcel of land as shown on
Record-of--Survey Number 5945 of Ada County Records;
Thence North 00°11'32" East, 655.51 feet on the easterly boundary line of said 5.07 acre parcel
to the northwest corner of said parcel;
Thence South 70°41'13" East, 852.36 feet on the southerly boundary line of that parcel of land
described in Deed Instrument Number 103206801 of Ada County Records, to the northwest corner of
that parcel of land described in Deed Instrument Number 101004177 of Ada County Records;

Number 101004177 parcel to the southwest corner of said parcel;
