Nathan Fuller, on behalf of Mountain View Business Center, submitted a Planned Sign Program
Application for the tenant spaces located at 690 and 800 Industry Way. This letter outlines my review
and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program.
The number and types of approved signage are as follows:
• No center signs were proposed or approved with this application.
Wall Signs
• No wall signs were proposed or approved under this application. Future tenant signs will require
separate sign permits.
• Future proposed wall signs must be consistent with each other in design per the approved lease
agreement pertaining to signs.
• In no circumstance shall the combined wall sign background area be allowed to exceed 9% of a
single wall face.
Individual Free-standing Signs
One free-standing entryway sign for Mountain View Business Center was approved with this
application.
Sign Setbacks
The setback for the entryway sign shall be minimum one foot from the front property line and five-foot
setback from the side property line.

T. General Requirements
In keeping with the requirements of the design standards of Central Valley Corporate Park,
690 South Industry '~Vay has adopted the following requirements for Tenant signs on the
building:
(I) The design of all signs, including style, placemem and height of letterings, size, color
and materials, method and. amount of illumination shall be subject to the approval of
the Owner.
(2) Tenant ax Tenant's expense shall be allowed one sign affuced to the E.I.F.S. fascia of
the building. It shall be located on the "sign band." in a location which must be
approved by the landlord.
(3) Owner at the Owner's expense shall install a suite number over the entry door of each
suite,
(4) Temporary signs and banners aze prohibited as are any and all free standing signs
whether they are temporary such as sandwich boards or permanent such as pylon or
monument signs, other than Owner provided signs.
(5) No sign perpendiculaz to the face of the Building or storefront will be permitted.
(6) Tenant shall, ax the termination of this Lease, remove Tenant's sign and repair any
damage area and restore the Building to its original condition when Tenant's sign was
installed.
II. Dea~ign Standards
(1) Tenant sign(s) are to be centered top-to-bottom on the sign band directly above the
Premises. Under n,o circumstances will signs be allowed to extend beyond the
Premises or below the designated sign band.
(2) Tenant's mounted sign may remain unlit or may be indirectly lit by sign lights installed
by the Owner. No internally illuminated or backlit signage will be allowed.
(3) Tenant's name and/or logo shall be displayed with individual cut out letters. Letters
may not exceed twelve inches (12") in height. The overall length of the sign display
may not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the frontage of the Tenant's Premises.
(4) Tenant will be permitted to place upon each entrance of its Premises not more than 144
square inches of decal application lettering not to exceed two inches (2") in height.
(5) All signs shall be manufactured and installed by Lytle Sign Compacry, Boise, Idaho, or
such other sign contractor as may be specif ed by the Owner.
In accordance with Exhibit C of the Lease, violation of these sign rules shall be a violation
ofthe Lease.
