This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program. The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center /Commercial Signs • Total # of allowed Center/Commercial type signs = 1 • Image National is applying for this sign with the Planned Sign Program and it is approved by P8Z. Wall Signs • No wall signs were proposed or approved under this application. Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits. • All wall signs will be compatible and consistent with the existing signs in the complex. • Wall signs shall not exceed 9% of the wall area. Sign Setbacks The setbacks for the Center Sign(s) are to meet the minimum one foot setback on the front property line and five-foot setback on the side property line.
