Master Sign Plan
August 20th, 2007
The following master sign plan is designed to provide for
appropriate signage within the center while maintaining harmony
and enhancing the Image of the center.
1) Three 35' double face internally illuminated pylon signs will be permitted.
One oriented to Meridian Rd. and two oriented to Overland Rd.
2) One 10' overall height and 70 square foot internally illuminated
double face monument sign will be permitted per pad site.
3) All freestanding signs are to conform to the designs approved by the
City of Meridian as per attached specifications.
4) Illuminated wall signs are permitted on any wall of the buildings provided
the signs consist of individual pan channel letters with an option to add a
bullet or sculpted cabinets. The bullet or sculpted cabinets shall be
secondary in nature.
5) Wall signs are restricted to size allowances provided in the Meridian City
Sign Ordinance.
6) All signs must be U.L. approved and carry a U.L. label.
7) All signs and their installation shall be in strict compliance with all building
and electrical codes.
A copy of this Master Sign Plan will be included and provided to
all future tenants in the lease agreement.

REQUIRED INFORMATION.
11-3D-9: PLANNED SIGN PROGRAM: In addition to the provisions of Tables 11-3D-1 through 11-3D-
9, the following standards shall apply to all signs within a planned sign program:
A. Purpose: The purpose of a planned sign program is to establish consistent sign criteria tailored to multi -
building and/or multi -tenant developments. The intent is to provide for flexible sign criteria that promotes
superior design through architectural integration of the site, buildings and signs. If approved, a planned sign
program may allow for increases to the background area, height, and other standards for wall signs.
B. Applicability:
1. All developments in commercial, office or industrial districts comprising more than one (1) principal
building on a property shall apply for a planned sign program.
2. All developments in commercial, office or industrial districts with more than one (1) tenant per building
and proposing more than one wall sign per elevation shall apply for a planned sign program.
3. Existing developments that do not have a planned sign program shall be required to apply for a planned
sign program when the first tenant in the project requests a change of sign background area as defined in
this Article. Thereafter, all subsequent changes of sign face in the project shall be required to conform to
the approved planned sign program.
4. Planned sign programs may not be used by individual buildings or developments to increase the size,
dimensional, or other standards of the district.
