Architectural Chazacter & Materials: The proposed exterior design theme and exterior finishes of the building fit well within the context of the existing Centrepointe Marketplace shopping center, and comply with the City of Meridian's C. Urban/Suburban Design Standazds. Each of the four building elevations provide a unified design theme. The two primary public entrances face east towazds Eagle Road. Each entry is complete with a canopy structure in order to provide a protection from weather and to provide indirect down lighting over each entry. The metal roof of both the building and the drive through canopy form a hip style roof with dormer style gable roofs over each entry canopy. The combination of field brick, accent band brick, stucco system, and precast stone elements combine to create a variation of texture and pattern variation. Fenestration is functional for the interior layout of the building; as well as providing a balanced rhythm between the transparency of glazed elements and the solid elements of each building elevation. The AC condensers are located on the north side of the building with landscaping as the screening element. The brick of the dumpster enclosure matches the building finish.
