A PreCouncil meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 6:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, April 17, 2012, by President Councilman Brad Hoaglun.
Members Present: David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree, Brad Hoaglun and Keith Bird.
Members Absent: Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

Hoaglun: I will go ahead and start tonight's meeting. For the record it is Tuesday, April
17t". It's 6:00 p.m. We will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
Hoaglun: Okay. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Bird: Mr. President?
Hoaglun: Mr.6ird.
Bird: I move approval of the agenda as printed.
Zaremba: Second.
Hoaglun: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as printed. All those in
favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(c): (c) To Conduct
Deliberations Concerning Labor Negotiations or to Acquire an Interest in
Real Property, Which is Not Owned by a Public Agency.

Hoaglun: Mr. Bird.
Bird: I move we go into Executive Session as per Idaho State Code 67-2345(1)(c).

Hoaglun: I have a motion and a second to adjourn into Executive Session. Madam

MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (6:01 to 7:04 p.m.)
Hoaglun: I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
Hoaglun: All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried. Do I have a .motion to
adjourn our special meeting?
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
Hoaglun: All those in favor? All ayes. Motion carried.
