Mr. Sgroi asked that the address noted in provision #5.1.6 be corrected as his address isn't shown correctly -after
looking at it closer I realized it's referring to the property to the west rather than Mr. Sgroi's property so if you could
please relay that to him, I would appreciate it (he's required to stub sewer to the property to the west). He also asked
that provision #5.1.8 be modified to require removal of the septic system upon development of the property rather
than within 6 months of annexation ordinance approval -that's fine, I will request the provision be modified at the
hearing tonight.
