Majestic Marketplace West
This criterion has been established for the mutual benefit for ail tenants.
Conformance will be strictly enforced and any non-conforming or unapproved
signs must be removed or brought into conformance at the expense of the
tenant.
A. GENERAL APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
i. Tenant shall submit or cause to be submitted to Landlord and City
of Meridian for approval before fabrication, at least two copies of
detailed color drawings indication location, layout, design and color
of the proposed signs, including all lettering and or graphics with
complete specifications drawn to scale.
2. All permits for tenant's signs and their installation shall be obtained
by tenant or his representative and shalt conform to all local
building and electrical codes as well as the criteria set forth
hereafter.
3. All tenant signs shall be designed, constructed and installed at
tenant's expense.
4. Tenant shall be required to fulfill all the requirements of these
criteria.
B. NUMBER, LOCATION, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNS:
1. Tenant shall be permitted a maximum square footage calculated as

3. No exposed conduit, brackets, fasteners or wiring of any type will
be permitted.
4. Exterior signs shall be individual channel letters with plex faces or
reverse pan channel letters, internally illuminated with neon or
L.E.D, installed flush to fascia, raceway and or metal accent panel
subject to Landlord's approval. Letters to be a maximum height of
60".

5. Other types of signs will be considered are as follows: Gooseneck
lamps are acceptable to complement non-illuminated signs.
6. Company logos will be allowed only at Landlord's discretlon.
7. All signs shall meet Underwriters laboratories and National
Electrical code requirements.
C. MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Tenant shall be responsible for the operations of tenant sign
contractors. Tenant and sign contractor will be liable for any
actions committed during installation or service of signage.
2. Tenant or his representative shall be responsible for cost of
maintenance, service, repair or replacement of tenant's sign, time
clock or electrical wiring.
3. Tenant shall be required to keep his/her sign in working order and
all surfaces shall be maintained in good condition. Tenant shall
also be responsible for any repair or painting for wall upon leaving
of said space.

ordinances as may be in place from time to time.

'This criterion has been established for the mutual tienefiit for afi tenants.
Conformance wiBl be strictly enforced and any non-conforming or unapproved
signs must be removed or brought into conformance at the expense of the
tenant.
A. GENERAL APi~R®VAL REQUIREMENTS
i. Tenant shall submit or cause to be submitted to Landlord and City
of Meridian for approval before fabrication, at least two Copies of
detailed color drawings indication location, layout, design and color
of the proposed signs, including all lettering and or graphics with
camplete specifications drawn to scale.
2. All permits for tenant's signs and their installation shall be obtained
by tenant or his representative and shall conform to ail local
building and electrical codes as well as the criteria set forth
hereafter,
3. All tenant signs shall be designed, constructed and Installed at
tenant's expense,
4. Tenant shat! be required to fulfill all the requirements of these
criteria.
B. NUMBER, t.OCATION, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNS:
1. Tenant shall be permitted a maximum square footage calculated as

3. No exposed conduit, brackets, fasteners or wiring of any type wAl

4. Exterior signs shall be individual channel letters with piex faces ar
reverse pan channel letters, internally illuminated with neon ar
L.E.D, installed flush to fascia, raceway and or metal atcent panel
subject to I~andiord's approval. Letters to be a maximum height of

5. Other types of signs will be considered are as follows; Gooseneck
lamps are acceptable to complement non-illuminated signs.
6. Company logos will be allowed only at landlord's discretion.
7. Ail signs shall meet Underwriters laboratories and National
Electrical code requirements.
C. NIIEILLANEQUS REQUIiR~14ENTSi:
1. Tenant shall be responsible for the operations of tenant sign
contractors. Tenant and sign contractor will be liable for any
actions committed during installation or service of signage.
2. Tenant or his representative shall be responsible for cock of
maintenance, service, repair or replacement of tenant's sign, time
eloclc or electrical wiring.
3. Tenant shall be required to keep his/her sign in working order and
all surfaces shall be maintained in good condition. Tenant shall
also be responsible for any repair or painting for wall upon leaving
of said space.
