A PreCouncil meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 3:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, April 3, 2012, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, David Zaremba, Charlie Rountree, Brad
Hoaglun and Keith Bird.
Item 1: Roll-call Attendance:
Roll call.

De Weerd: I will go ahead and start tonight's meeting. For the record it is Tuesday,
April 3`~. It's 3:00 p.m. We will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk.
Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda
De Weerd: Okay. Item No. 2 is adoption of the agenda.
Hoaglun: Madam Mayor?
De Weerd: Mr. Hoaglun.
Hoaglun: I move approval of the agenda as amended.
Rountree: Second.
De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as amended. All those
in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION CARRIED: THREE AYES. ONE ABSENT.

De Weerd: I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session.
Rountree: So moved.
Bird: Second.
