We have lived and worked at this property for 24 years. We have had a home located at the front of property for over 15 years. Over a year ago, we sold our home on W 1st Street and moved into our office space at the back of our furniture store. We already had a bathroom and kitchen/break room area. It has been our private office space for a number of years. Since the downturn in the economy, we have been trying to survive financially and hang onto our commercial property. We are self employed and have no other retirement. We have sold everything we have and are trying to pay off as much debt as we can.
