WHEREAS, following publication of notice accordin to the re uirements
g q of Idaho Code
section 63-1311 A, on April 10, 2012, the City Council of Meridian held a h '
Baring on the adoption
of the proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation De art '
p ment, as set forth in
Exhibit A hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, b formal motion did a '

proposed Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation De artment•

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY CO
UNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation De artm
p ent, as set
forth in Exhibit A hereto, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the Meridian Parks and Recreation De artment is hereb authorized

implement and carry out the collection of said fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediatel u on i
