interested arties to familiarize themselves with our webpage and use this page to stay informed and

current on land use projects.
How to Access Land Use Applications Online:
log onto www.meridiancity.org
• Finding the "Development Applications" Section:
o Click on Departments followed by City Clerk
o On the left side menu click on Development Applications
This next page will house all pending land use application information. You will see a chart like the one
shown below:

will be able to view a PDF copy of the entire application file. In the instance that you are just curious
about the project's status with the Planning and Zoning Commission or City Council this information is
just one click away by using a Summary Sheet link. New projects will be added at the top of the chart
as applications are received.
Our hope is that this new site will make land use projects easy to locate and research while keeping
