Hi Dave,
I received your comments on this application in regard to wireless communication facilities. The UDC defines wireless
communication facilities as follows: "A steel monopole, guywire tower, lattice tower or other similar structure
designed to support directional antennas, parabolic dishes or antennas, microwave dishes, in addition to associated
ground equipment and other similar equipment used in the wireless communications industry." Because ITD is not
considered a wireless communication industry, the code is not applicable.
