Cook Design) submitted a Planned Sign Program Application for Heritage Commons Village located on N. Locust Grove Road north of W. Ustlck Road. This letter outlines my review and approval notes of the Planned Sign Program. The number and types of approved signage are as follows: Center / Commeraal Sions • No center signs are proposed at this time. Future center signs will require separate sign permits. • Future proposed center signs must be consistent in design. all S' ns • No wall signs are proposed at this time. • Future tenant signs will require separate sign permits. • Future proposed wall signs must be consistent in design. Individual Free-standing, Sions • Four (4) individuaifcee-standing monument signs were approved at this time; one (1)free-standing monument sign per lot.
