1. All exterior signs sl~.al! be submitted to the Arcla.itech~ral Review Con~mittec for
approval and written consent pri.oa~ to submittal to tl.1e city for permitting.
2. Business owner shall submit to t1~e committee :Full. color rendct-ings, to scale
indicating the location, size, layout quid design of the proposed sign(s), including
all lcttcruig ~ul.d/or graphics.
3, Business owner is responsi,l~l.e for all city and government perinils relating to the
signs.
4. Wall signs are .restricted to size allowances provided in tlic Meridian City Sign
Ordinance ~uzci shall bepan-channel letters.
5. No signs imay be placed. peapen.dieu.lar to tli.e .face of the building or storefront,
without the approval of ih,e committee.
6. The design of all signs, including style, placement and height of lettering, size,
color fold materials, method of illumination and attachment shall be subject to

7. One multi-tenant monument sign is permitted, located on W. Overland Rd, Two
subdi.visi.on. identification signs will be allowed; one at the NW cotter ofEagle
ali.ci Overland Roads, and one at Eagle'Rd and I-84.
8. D.ircctional signs are permitted on a limited basis and are subject to approval by
the committee. Developer reserves the right to put traffc, safety, and/or
directional signs as needed.
